Chinanews.com, January 29. According to the WeChat official account of the Chinese Embassy in Japan, the Chinese Embassy in Japan issued a notice on the 29th that from now on, the Chinese embassy and consulates in Japan will resume issuing ordinary visas to Japanese citizens traveling to China。
On January 29, the National Immigration Administration announced that, given the resumption of visa services by the Japanese Embassy and Consulates in China, the administration has resumed issuing port visas to Japanese citizens and reinstated the 72/144-hour transit visa-free policy, effective immediately。
